Research and advice for all visual elements: flowers, furniture, signage, stationery, tableware, etc.

Selection and coordination of decoration service providers (florists, furniture rental companies, graphic designers, craftsmen, etc.)
Requests for quotes, technical discussions, management of custom creations (welcome board, table plans, decorative supports)
Sourcing & purchasing of all retail items (materials, ribbons, candles, etc.)
Management of rentals and purchases necessary for the project
3. management & coordination of decorative logistics
Precise installation planning
Coordination of logistics providers on D-day
Transport of small equipment to the reception location
Faithful staging of each space according to the validated project
Supervision and smooth execution on D-day
Management of the uninstallation and recovery of equipment after the event in collaboration with the weeding planner
