Technical visit of your reception venue
Advise you on the choice of a general atmosphere , a color palette and the layout of each space
Creation of a complete book with: inspiration board, choice of materials, colors, materials, scenography by space and inspirations for floral design
Creation of the floral decoration project in collaboration with my team of partners
Search for all the necessary decorative elements and partners

1. Creation & artistic direction
Technical visit of your reception venue
Analysis of aesthetic intentions and the environment
Defining an overall mood, color palette, and visual thread
Creation of a personalized mood board and a complete illustrated book (inspirations, materials, colors, scenography by space, floral design, illustrated projection)
Research and advice for all visual elements: flowers, furniture, signage, stationery, tableware, etc.
2. Creative monitoring & coordination of partners
Selection and coordination of decoration service providers (florists, furniture rental companies, graphic designers, craftsmen, etc.)
Requests for quotes, technical discussions, management of custom creations (welcome board, table plans, decorative supports)
Sourcing & purchasing of all retail items (materials, ribbons, candles, etc.)
Management of rentals and purchases necessary for the project
3. management & coordination of decorative logistics
Precise installation planning
Coordination of logistics providers on D-day
Transport of small equipment to the reception location
Faithful staging of each space according to the validated project
Supervision and smooth execution on D-day
Management of the uninstallation and recovery of equipment after the event in collaboration with the weeding planner
